This stainless steel freezer has a gross capacity of 1200 L to store frozen products and fits perfectly into most professional kitchens. The interior features energy-efficient LED lighting and six adjustable shelves that are suitable for 2/1 GN containers. The glass doors with antibacterial rubber seal include a built-in lock and allow you to view frozen products without opening the freezer.

Automatic closing door

This professional freezer is equipped with an electronic temperature controller and a digital display. This allows for easy temperature reading and regulation. It also offers a wide range of temperatures to freeze products efficiently. This freezer automatically starts a defrost cycle every six hours, ensuring minimal ice formation. It is also possible to perform manual defrosting. Self-closing doors prevent large temperature differences. This freezer uses refrigerant R290, which does not contain CFC. It is also equipped with a water collection tray, where excess water is collected. The freezer is supported by four wheels to facilitate mobility, two of which have brakes to secure its position.

Easy to clean

This freezer has a stainless steel box for easy cleaning. To clean the exterior, simply use a damp cloth and a mild detergent. The interior can be cleaned after defrosting the freezer. To defrost, remove all objects and unplug the freezer from the wall socket. To speed up defrosting, carefully remove the ice with a plastic ice scraper. After cleaning with warm water and a soft cloth, dry the freezer well before turning it on again.
