Safe buy:

With us your purchase is safe, if you do not receive your product within the time stipulated by us, we will refund the total amount of your purchase, within a maximum period of 5 working days after being contacted by our customers.

Important information:

If the box or pallet is visibly damaged upon delivery, we inform our customers that they must photograph the order while it is still in the carrier's possession and must not accept the order in any way, it will be necessary to send the photographic record immediately to us at horeca@ starmagine.com, this is the only way we can protect our customers' orders.

Guarantee:

All our products are covered by our warranty for a period of 40 days, of which we only cover manufacturing defects.
